Deliveries and returns
1. Shipments to Switzerland and the United Kingdom:
Shipments to Switzerland and the United Kingdom are sent DAP/DDU (“Delivered At Place / Delivered Duty Unpaid”).
This means that any customs duties, import taxes and processing fees remain the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly upon delivery.
2. Delivery to a collection point (mainland France)
At Ocean Shape, we deliver exclusively to Mondial Relay collection points and Colissimo collection points in metropolitan France.
- Delivery time: 3 to 7 working days.
- Full tracking: a tracking link is sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
- Convenient choice: you select your preferred collection point directly when placing your order.

3. Returns & Exchanges
You have 45 days after receiving your order to return an item or request an exchange if it does not suit you.
Return or exchange conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of an error on our part (defective product or item received in error).
